"Best Fun Coffee" - Dayglow

you know how we talk about tasting notes in wine? Bergamot, stone fruit, florals, acidity? dayglow does the exact same thing, but with coffee. Yes, I'm aware of how insufferable this sounds. I don't care.

The signature drinks take a craft cocktail approach. Some are served in actual stemware. The black sesame coffee is stupid good. They use things like distilled coffee and cascara for people who want lower caffeine but still want complexity.

i am a coffee purist (black pour-over), but dayglow is fun when you're looking for something different.
