
This one is from Eastern Macedonia on mainland Greece, a father-daughter duo farming at like a thousand feet elevation which is so cool. It's a fuller bodied Assyrtiko but don't let that fool you, the salty mineral finish is everything. Tastes like spiced apples and crackly melon rind and it's the perfect pairing for fried calamari or honestly any salty snack situation. Around $23 and the label is super clean and understated.
