Sorry, I Misunderstood the Assignment (31 Bone-Dry Wines for January)

Look, everyone's talking about Dry January. We just interpreted it... differently.

Instead of giving up wine, we're celebrating it with 31 bone-dry organic bottles.

Every wine on this list is certified organic or biodynamic, or sustainibly farmed, priced between $18–$40, and fermented completely dry (we're talking less than 2 grams of sugar per liter — basically nothing).

So go ahead: participate in Dry January. Just do it our way.
