they literally took us through a speakeasy door into a secret wine library and I blacked out emotionally because it was everything to me.

The Founder's Room is hidden behind what looks like a wall, lined floor to ceiling with bottles going back to the late 70s, dimly lit, little collection of vintage spirits in the corner. Felt like we snuck into somewhere we weren't supposed to be.

and the estate has actual historical cred — Winiarski and Grgich got their start here, artwork curated by Carlton McCoy, cute pollinator gardens, whatever — but honestly I'm still thinking about that door.
