Domaine de Chevalier Blanc. Most people think Pessac-Léognan is only red Bordeaux. This Sauvignon Blanc–Sémillon blend is one of the best white wines in Bordeaux. Young it’s citrus and white flowers. Give it ten years and it becomes something completely different. Classified growth estate, eighty to a hundred dollars, genuinely underpriced for what it is. Worth-it.
